Martial Melee weapon: Hook, 1 gp, 1d4 piercing, 1 lb, finesse, light, thrown (range 20/60), tether
Tether: on hit, a hook may be left in the creature it hit as long as it is large or smaller, if it is, the target is considered tethered. The target cannot move away from the weilder unless if they use an action to either break the rope or chain the hook is attached to or make a DC 10 Strength check to take the hook out. While hooked, the weilder can use a shove action from any distance to pull the target closer.
